With more than 50 dive sites to choose from including multiple “wall” dives, St. Croix’s diving experiences offer an exciting diversity. The East Wall near Cane Bay is the richest in variety of fish on the North Shore. Horse Eye Jacks, Hogfish, and Sappers swim just off the wall that is encrusted with sponge coral the slope attracts schools of Black Bar Soldier fish and Striped Grunts. Deeper at 60 ft. Large Angel Fish, Parrot Fish and Groupers appear. Occasionally a Spotted Eagle Ray or Black Tip Reef Shark will be lurking off the wall. West Wall, Anchor Wall, Northstar, Salt River, Blue Chutes, and most other dive experiences are perfect for all levels of divers. A few locations are best visited by advanced level divers. Buck Island National Park offers fantastic snorkeling adventures. Turtle Beach on Buck Island has been voted one of the most beautiful beaches by National Geographic.
